where can I sign up to receive alerts for new books by author?

I have about 6 authors that I love to read. Is there a site where I can sign up for email alerts when they publish a new book?

   I’d assume the authors’ official websites would have that option. All mine do =)

   any publishers will alert you to new books by your favorite author….Happy reading!

   Why in the world would someone give me a thumbs down for this great information…I am an avid reader, and I do know what I am talking about. I receive alerts from these websites.

   Do a search under the author’s name… they should have a website usually they will have a place to sign up for email newsletters or updates…I have one for Dean Koontz. Also, if you know the publishing company they write for, you can sign up with them to receive updates news about favorite authors.
