my daughter and i were just approved for medicaid in nc-where we just moved to. in michigan when we had medicaid they sent the provider book after the medicaid plans (great lakes…etc) were sent to me about a week after i was accepted. its been about 2 weeks now since ive received the acceptance letter for both of us…and still havent gotten the insurance plans or the provider book.
i was just wondering if the mediciad program in nc—mecklenburg to be more precise—does the same thing as far as the insurance plans and if so how i go about getting to pick the plan were on. im also wondering if theres some specific way i go about picking our doctors……..im so lost…please help me!

Burton asked: I just bought a 2007 Tahoe with 7K miles on it. I put $12K down. Negotiated cost of the vehicle before interest, tax or extended warranty was $33,995. All said and done the loan amount is $27K..Blue book is actually worth $36-$38K which is actually more than what I paid for the vehicle.
Question is: Do I really need Gap insurance?

I am about to send some paperback books to Australia and want to be sure that they get to where they are going.
Do I need to buy insurance for them? The total value of books is maybe $25 US dollars.
Do I need to put Australia on the envelope? I was going to take them to a local post office. Can any one help me out?
I am in the US if that helps.
