I was reading a very good romance book. It was a Harlequin American Romance. It had a blue cover. The woman on the front had short brown hair. The book was about an insurance investigator looking into a stolen car ring that got his friend shot and a woamn who ran a defensive driving course who had been attacked. It’s probaly from the 90’s. I don’t know the authors name either. I was reading the book and laid it down somewhere and now I can not find it anywhere. So I want to see if I can replace it. If anyone knows the title please let me know. Much appreciation up front.

The main character was a low/middle class laborer. Throughout the book he learns to make money, save, plan for the future, even insurance. Please help. I’m going crazy!

Okay so, I have read so many books its not even funny. Of the ones I have read I have noticed l like books about social issues like drugs, sucide, abuse etc. Also I like Avi and Alice Hoffman as authors, but I’ve read all of their books. Can some one please help with this because I need to find a book and fast. P.S I also like Gossip Girl and the It Girl series.
Also, i read at a seinor in high school reading level- to freshman in college.
