I can not afford to pay for one visit. I take her for shots to Public health department as we are qualifying as under insured and I am paying nut that much for shuts. I am reading and checking if my baby is growing and developing according to guidelines in the books for baby her age. I still wonder if there is any place or low that can help me to solve this problem with my insurance not paying and me not being able to take my baby for checkups.

The book was about an insurance investigator looking into a stolen car ring that got his friend shot and a woamn who ran a defensive driving course who had been attacked. It’s probaly from the 90’s. I don’t know the authors name either. I was reading the book and laid it down somewhere and now I can not find it anywhere. So I want to see if I can replace it. Fuji_mans asked: My dad got into a car accident in Ontario Canada with a driver whom are driving a company car. The driver of the other car are declared at fault by the cops. My dad’s car is declared a total loss and I know that he will only get the blue book value for his car from the insurance.
My dad keep his car in top shape, have go to every maintain suggested by Toyota, the car is a 1999 camry. However most 1999 camry are build in USA, while he have this car imported from Japan.
So my question is, could we sue the other owner or the company he work for under small claim court for the remaining cost to replace the car since it shouldn’t be replaced if it wasn’t broken.
Also my dad believe that the driver are using his cell phone when the accident happen, is there a way to subpoena they cell phone record to see if the phone number is using the phone when the incident happened?

All pre-requisites aside, what would a starting agent with either company start out with agency wise?
Key Points that I think are important:
- Higher initial commission pay while client base is low.
- Allocations of money for office and staff that do NOT have to be paid back?
- Do they start you with an existing client base or book of business?
- Do you actually get ownership of the book of business?
- What kind of quotas would a new Agent have to meet?
I’ve already looked over Farmers Insurance and found way too many very unhappy agents see: http://www.farmers-online.com so thats the last company I would want to be an agent with.
